- I am a Criminal Defence Lawyer (Barrister) and I adopt a comprehensive legal strategy to assist my private clients with police and traffic charges. This means I work to achieve results both now and in the future. I support my clients who have addiction challenges to make changes and move towards a brighter future. I work with numerous addiction treatment centres and programmes to develop integrated plans that can address the causal conditions for the offending. This includes includes clients charged with excess breath or blood alcohol, dangerous or careless driving, sustained loss of traction, driving whilst disqualified, theft, burglary, family violence or possession of drugs.
- I worked as a court appointed Lawyer in the Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Court at Waitakere District Court for over 8 years and I bring this approach to the courtroom for my private clients.
- I work at the Waitakere District Court, North Shore District Court. and Auckland District Court
- I provide a wide range of services including applications for a discharge without conviction, special reasons applications, community based sentences or defending the charges. I understand court sentencing and provide alternative pathways for my clients.
